About Rachel
Born + raised in Minnesota, Rachel Cardwell is no stranger to taking leaps of faith...she moved to Arizona sight unseen when she was 19 with her now husband of 25 years, Dave, and bought her first house when she was 21, which took every last dime she had as well as a small loan from her Grandpa!
The market crash in 2008 made her an accidental landlord, which was another risk that paid off, and started an investment journey that she continues along today...with 3 short term rentals, a dreamy home in Winter Park, a second home in the city and a beautiful sprawling ranch in Arizona. Holding on and adding to their portfolio instead of foreclosing or short-selling wasn't the easiest option, but it definitely paid off, and now Rachel's clients benefit from her experience as well!
When Rachel isn't helping folks make smart moves + investments, you'll likely find her skiing, hiking off roading, camping or paddleboarding with her husband, 2 boys Zach + Josh and their goldendoodle, Cash. Looking for a new trail to try or a locally-owned wine bar or restaurant to check out? Ask Rachel, she'll be happy to share her faves!
